Again: An apostrophe denotes a possessive form (e.g. "Bob's tokens"). What you're looking for here is a plural ("tokens" and "Ponies" with a capital "P" because it's MtG convention for creature types).
The flavor text would spell "cupcakes" and "ponies" without a capital letter because normal grammar rules apply there. The flavor text is also explaining the joke ([link]).
Modern MtG lingo also doesn't use "in play" anymore, but "on the battlefield" (which you don't need to mention on this card; it's implicit).
